Psychological Science Student Graduation

You made it!                                        

To complete your academic journey and graduate, you must schedule an appointment and meet with your adviser as required in order to clear your Psychological Science major or minor (see below). The department recommends you seek clearance once you have registered for classes for the semester you plan to apply for graduation. Then, submit your for the semester that all of your program requirements will be complete. For information about caps & gowns, the commencement program and more, review Weber State Graduation.

Graduation with a Major or Teaching Major
in Psychological Science

Contact the department by phone (801-626-6247) or in person with your W# to schedule an appointment with the department chair for a graduation evaluation, which takes about 15 minutes.

Graduating with a Minor in Psychological Science

Your minor should automatically clear upon successful completion of the requirements. These requirements are Introductory Psychology, plus an additional 15 credits of coursework in psychological science.

Grad Finale 

  • March 31st: Grad Finale event (8 am - 4 pm) to pick up your free cap and gown and so much more!

If you missed Grad Finale, starting April 5th, you can order your regalia at and have it shipped (you are responsible for shipping costs) or order for in-store pick-up at Wildcat Store Ogden Campus location. To have your items shipped to you, place your order by April 17

Department 2026 Graduation Celebration

  • Spring 2026 

    • Please come celebrate with up Friday April 17th from 1-3pm in 395 Lindquist Hall!

Spring 2026 Ceremonies

  • Saturday, April 25th: CSSE Convocation, 8:30am @ Dee Events Center
    • Students arrive in cap and gown at 8:00 a.m. Enter the Dee Events Center at the northwest tunnel (nearest to the Ice Sheet) to pick up a name card from the designated table for your department.
