Overview

There are two parts to placing your Canvas Quiz in a Testing Center: one in Canvas and the other in the Testing Center Check-In/Registration App . Complete the Canvas steps first.

Steps & Requirements

Be familiar with creating a Quiz. Classic Quizzes is recommended for Testing Centers.

1. Assign to “Everyone.” Add individual dates with + Assign To but do not delete “Everyone.”
2. Set “Available from/Until” dates.
3. Require an access code (strong password recommended).
4. Publish the quiz.
5. Complete the Testing Center Check-In App.

Quick Setup (Canvas)

1. Click Honorlock in your course navigation and Enable your quiz.
2. Choose your exam options and Save.
3. List allowed materials twice: in Canvas instructions and Honorlock’s Student Guidelines.

‌ Extension Conflict: Students must disable the Proctorio browser extension for Honorlock to work correctly.
