The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) inspires, motivates, and supports all faculty regardless of rank or status in their journey toward teaching excellence and innovation. We promote community and collaboration across Weber State University (³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø) campuses and create safe spaces to innovate. We strive to enhance faculty excellence academically and in life.
Vision Statement
Teaching and learning are the heart of ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø. CETL is the center of our culture that values evidence-based teaching and engaged learning to promote student success. Our resources are for all instructors who care about the learning environment they create for students. We foster dialogue, scholarship, innovation, and excellence in learner-centered teaching.
The CETL also provides and promotes opportunities for the enhancement of excellent teaching and scholarship that mutually inform one another for the benefit of faculty, students, and the community.
