Shots will be administered to any currently enrolled students on a first-come, first-served basis.

Full-time, benefit-eligible faculty/staff are not eligible for student healthcare services, influcind flu shots, regardless of enrollment in classes.

We will have these forms available at the flu shot clinic. You can also complete the form and bring the printed document to the flu shot clinic. If you are a minor, please bring the completed form with your guardian's signature.
