Symphonic Band
Strike up the band
³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø’s Symphonic Band is one of the most wide-ranging performance ensembles on campus, consisting of students of various backgrounds and degree fields. Auditions for the band are open to any and all ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø students.
The emphasis of symphonic bands is the study and preparation of modern symphonic band works. Participation in the ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø Symphonic Band fulfills the chamber ensemble requirement for music majors and courses may be repeated seven times with a maximum of eight credit hours.
