Dan Bedford

Dr. Daniel Bedford is a geographer and climate scientist with interests in the climate-society interface. Originally from London, England, he has been studying, teaching, and writing about Earth’s climate system for 30 years. His publications include the textbook, Climate Change: Examining the Facts, co-authored with John Cook, and is currently working to map and measure exposure to extreme heat in Ogden, Utah. He is a Brady Presidential Distinguished Professor in the Department of Geography, Environment & Sustainability, at Weber State University.
