A carpenter by trade with a deep appreciation for the outdoors, Bill has committed himself to advocating for bipartisan energy and climate solutions for the last 14 years. Bill founded Utah Citizens’ Climate Lobby in 2010 and has been the Mountain West Regional Director, supporting volunteers throughout the region since 2013.
