Rex Schwab

Rex Schwab has been working in the HVAC industry since 2004. He has spent 10 years on-and-off working in Hawaii with heat-pump systems. In 2015, Rex founded the New City HVAC, specializing in VRF/VRV systems (Variable Refrigerant Flow) where he helped design-build various residential and commercial Net-Zero projects. His work has helped over 10,000 tons of VRF/VRV Heat-pump and Heat-Recovery systems installed from Hawaii to Washington DC, including many ³Ô¹Ï¹ÙÍø VRF projects. New City HVAC changed names to New City Mechanical in 2022 to help pursue entire dry and wet side mechanical projects.
