Janice Terry has a BS in Plants Science from Utah State University. She has been working with Weber Basin for four years educating the public on making low water practices in their landscapes a priority. Localscapes is a new program that focuses on teaching homeowners how to design, install, and maintain a landscape that will thrive in Utah.
